Liang, Yun (Eric) received the B.S degree from Tongji University, Shanghai, and the Ph.D degree in computer science from National University Singapore. He is currently an assistant professor in the School of Electronics Engineering and Computer Science and the Assistant Director of the Center for Energy-efficient Computing and Applications, Peking University. Before joining Peking University in fall 2012, he was a Research Scientist in Advanced Digital Science Center, University of Illinois at Champaign Urbana. He has published about 50 research papers in the top conferences and journals on compilation, embedded system, computer architecture, and hardware, such as MICRO, HPCA, ISCA, CGO, DAC, ICCAD, FCCM, FPGA, CASES, RTSS, IPDPS, CODES+ISSS, and DATE. His work has received the Best Paper Award of FCCM 2011 and Best Paper Award nominations from DAC 2017, ASPDAC 2016, DAC 2012, FPT 2011, and CODES+ISSS 2008. He serves as the Associate Editor for ACM Transactions in Embedded Computing Systems (TECS) and serves in the program committees in the premier conferences in the related domain including (HPCA, PACT, CGO, ICCAD, DATE, CASES, ASPDAC, CC, ICCD, etc).
