Biography

Jilei Yin, graduated with a bachelor's and master's degree in Microelectronics from Peking University. With 10 years of work and life experience in the United States, as well as over 15 years of research and development in high-performance computing IP and chip products, and enterprise management experience. He has held positions such as Senior Engineer at MTK, Senior Development Manager at IBM, and Director of Research and Development at GlobalFoundries. Currently, he serves as the COO and Vice President of Research and Development at Zhicun（Witmem） Technology, responsible for daily operations and product development management. He is also the founder of IC Coffee and a partner at Peking University Silicon Valley 1898.
